Hi, I’m Nikki.
Author of Sacred Business (Bloomsbury, 2025) and host of the global top 2% podcast Going Conscious, where I explore how business can evolve to support life, meaning and prosperity. My work and thought leadership have been featured in British Vogue and Thrive Global.
I’m an international speaker, expert brand strategist and adviser to founders and CEOs building impact-led companies. Recent purposeful brands I’ve helped include Bugaboo, Vivobarefoot, The Usual Hotels and Swappie.
I speak on influential global stages including TEDxBrussels, the B for Good Leaders Summit in Amsterdam, Soho House Berlin, ChangeNOW in Paris, Earthfest in London, Oxford Real Farming Conference and the Pope’s summer residence in Rome.
Earlier in my career, I worked strategically with more than 100 iconic global brands including Galeries Lafayette, La Prairie, Mercedes-Benz and Mulberry. That chapter gave me deep expertise in brand, marketing and growth strategy - and ultimately led me to commit my work to regenerative and impact-driven business.
Through my advisory and strategy work, I support visionary founders and CEOs to create commercially strong, culturally relevant and deeply aligned companies. My work combines sharp strategic thinking with inner alchemy informed by my transformational coaching certification.
I’m also the founding partner of regenerative food and agriculture fund Rooted and an ambassador for DIRT Charity.
Originally from London, I’ve lived in New York, Berlin, Byron Bay and Amsterdam, with nomadic years including Mexico, Portugal and New Zealand. I now live in the English countryside near London with my family and work with clients globally.
